GRILLA is a UK-based business that designs, manufactures, and sells custom dental jewelry (grillz), impression kits, and accessories. All grillz are handmade and cast in-house to order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Custom Orders & Acceptance

All grillz are custom-made based on the impression provided by the customer. By placing an order, you accept:

  • Production will only begin after a usable impression is received

  • We cannot guarantee a perfect fit

  • GRILLA is not responsible for user errors in the impression process

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and may be subject to change without notice. Payment is required in full before production begins.

5. Refunds & Returns

  • Impression kits are non-refundable, even if unused, due to hygiene reasons.

  • Custom grillz are non-refundable, as they are made to order.

  • If a grill does not fit due to customer error, a new order must be placed. In some cases, a partial discount may be offered if the original impression or grill is reusable.

We offer worldwide shipping. All orders are dispatched via tracked delivery services. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. GRILLA is not responsible for shipping delays or courier issues.
