At GRILLA, all grillz are custom-made to order, which means we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. Please read carefully to understand how our policy works.

🔄 Impression Kits

Due to hygiene and health standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for unused or unopened impression kits. If you are unsure how to take your impression correctly, please refer to the step-by-step guide provided or reach out before use.

🦷 Custom Grillz

Every grill is crafted in-house using your dental impression. As each piece is made to fit your unique mold, we do not offer refunds on custom grillz once production begins.

If you're unhappy with the fit, we will do our best to adjust or offer a solution where possible — however, no perfect fit or specific outcome is guaranteed.

⚠️ Remakes Due to Customer Error

If the grill does not fit due to an impression error or incorrect mold submission, a remake will require full payment. In some cases, we may offer a partial discount if:

  • The original impression can still be reused

  • The customer ships back the original grill for assessment

We strongly recommend following all impression instructions carefully to ensure a proper result.
